Description

As a Junior Recruitment/Sales consultant you will:

• Identify and develop client/business relationships in a competitive environment
• Offer CV, interview and general career advice
• You manage the whole recruitment process
• You scout the market to find clients and visit them
• You scout the market for candidates and meet them too
• You negotiate terms and conditions with your client to find an agreement on the recruitment
• Engage the process from A-Z.

Profile

For the position of Recruitment/Sales consultant we are looking for:

• You have a bachelor
• Fluent in Dutch, English and/or French
• You have a sales mindset
• You like meeting candidate in face-to-face on daily basis
• You are an extrovert person that is really interested in others
• You like to be rewarded when you have worked hard
• You want to grow fast in the company
• You are sociable and love to meet people
