This function is a mix of three aspects :

- Customer Service

- Administrative Follow up

- Plannification / logistics

Client Details

The company is the reference in "third party" advice for the construction sector in Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and is constantly developing its activities in Europe and beyond. The staff is open to the needs of the customers and that is the key to the quality of the services and to 80 years of continuous growth.

The company has developed in two important areas: on the one hand the technical control of projects and on the other hand the certification, inspection and technical approval of construction products.

Description

  • Taking care of the help desk and first line problem solving for our customers
  • Participation in setting up structural solutions in a team context
  • Support for our inspectors and logistical coordination of their assignments
  • Accurate follow-up of the inspection reports and associated findings
  • Taking care of communication with inspectors, contractors and individuals
  • Checks on file data in our database and improving its use
  • General administration (correspondence, contracts, approvals, regulations, ...), follow-up of invoicing and payments

Profile

  • Work accurately and methodically
  • Sense of organization and systematic follow-up of files
  • Communication skills to clients, both orally and in writing
  • Dutch, good command of French and English
  • Minimum secondary education (preferably mathematics and / or sciences)
  • Additional training (graduate, bachelor, master) is a plus
  • Minimum a few years of work experience
  • Smooth computer use (Microsoft Office, use of databases, communication tools, ...)
