Challenging role as a Key Account Customer Service Representative. You will be responsible for customer follow-up from A to Z.

Client Details

Our client is an international company from Sweden with a BeNeLux office in Diegem.

They are specialised in engineering services and products for many industries.


As a Key Account Customer Service Representative, these will be your main responsibilities:

  • You will be assigned to a key account customer and will assure the follow-up of all assigned orders
  • You manage the entire range of the company's products and assure a smooth order processing
  • You are responsible for the account receivables
  • If you see any leads you direct them with the sales department
  • Ensure all customer's data is put in the CRM-system
  • As a part of the account team, you'll work closely with the engineers and account managers
  • Profile

    The successful Key Account Customer Service Representative has following skills and competences :

  • You have a technical affinity or have studied in a technical option
  • You have a first experience in a similar role as Customer Service Representative
  • You have high attention for detail
  • You have a very good command of both Dutch and English
