Our client is an International company active in the Real Estate sector.
Description
As a Part-Time Receptionist:
- You welcome the visitors
- You handle the incoming calls
- You manage the mailbox
- You organise the meetings and you prepare all the rooms
- You provide administrative support
- You handle agendas
- You organise some events
Profile
As a Part-Time Receptionist:
- You are trilingual Dutch, French and English
- You have a first experience as a receptionist
- You have a great level of presentation
- You are a good communicator
- You are a smiley and an open-minded person
- You are looking for a Part-Time opportunity (20 hours)
- You can work from 14h to 18h every day
Job Offer
You will join an ambitious and dynamic group. Your salary will be related to your experiences and can go up to 2800€ gross monthly on a full time basis.
