Ensure and optimize the logistic for the commercial positions in order to improve the distribution and to satisfy the customers in the frame of a specific trade.

Description

Main Tasks

• Proactive management of the loading and discharge operations in order to avoid waiting time

• Proactive management of the P&L and other follow up excel sheet (as invoices/ stock management in Korea, swap …) as soon as the information's have been received

• Follow up of the payment of purchase invoices in the frame of Letter of credit (value date) and follow up of the remittance of the documents together with the sale invoice to customer and the payment of the invoice

- Proactive management of the documents : invoices and necessary documents in the allowed time in the frame of a letter of credit and as per the requirements of the contract (LC) in order to satisfy the customer

Profile

Technical skills required

• Knowledge of the international trading (incoterms , terms of payment, documents,…)

• Knowledge of the product ( grades, quality, specifications….) of the product

• Knowledge of transportation by vessel tanker, barges, Isotanks

• Knowledge of issuance and re-issuance of shipping documents
