Their group Headquarter is located close in France and they have 7 offices in France, North America, India and Brazil as well as an international distribution network that is dedicated to serving the needs of medical professionals in more than 150 countries.

For their Benelux subsidiary, based in Brussels, they are looking for a Marketing Communication Assistant.


This is an interim position for a mission of at least 3 up to 6 months.

They are looking for a Marketing Communication Assistant to accelerate the launch of new digital solutions (social media, new app, webshop) and drive product launches in the next 6 months.

You will join the BeNeLux Marketing team.

You will be based in Brussels and will drive materials development and external communication releases through all channels (digital, press, direct marketing, field sales teams).

You will be accountable for delivering campaigns with a high sense of high-quality standards within deadlines.


The ideal Marketing Communication Assistant:

  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • Excellent communicative skills, verbal & written
  • Result oriented
  • First proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the health care industry
  • Ability to lead projects and execute through others
  • Innovative, out-of-the box thinking
  • Customer focus
  • Effective proofing skills (writing, design, photo, video, etc.)
  • Proficiency in the use of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) applications
