Job Description
We are currently looking for a Management Assistant for an international company within a very exciting sector. As Management Assistant you are the right hand of the Director of the Technology department.
Your job responsibilities:
- Administrative and general support
- Preparation of Power Point Presentations
- Managing communication between the Technology Department with internal and external stakeholders (by telephone, letters, mails, ...)
- Occasional travel planning
- Schedule meetings (sometimes worldwide) and set up conference calls
- Calendar Management
- Oversee everything and provide proactive follow-up
- Think along with the business process and support wherever you can
Furthermore:
- You are eager to learn and willing to fully master the sector
- You take initiative and are a real go-getter
- You have a sharp judgment and you can quickly make a distinction between major and minor issues
- You are goal-oriented and can work independently
- Finally, you are resistant to stress and you can keep your head cool in sometimes rapidly changing circumstances
Job Requirements
The manager that you would support works three days in Belgium and two days in his home country. He is therefore looking for someone he can trust blindly.
Your skills:
- Preferably you already have some experience, but with little experience and a big drive you will get there too
- Your spoken and written English is perfect
- You are an organizational miracle and you have amazing planning skills
- MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, ...) no longer has secrets for you!
