For our client (a global leader in HR & payroll solutions) we are looking for an Account Manager (M/W).

Your Responsibilities

Develop and execute tactical and strategic sales strategies that leverage existing client relationships, drive win plans that capitalize on, or create, compelling events and highlight the company’s differentiation to ultimately win the business :

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors and develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our Enterprise services according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage the P&L, costs and forecasts for the client
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory

Your profile

  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Service Account Manager
  • Problem-solving personality, proactive in thinking and acting
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization Management of IT/sales services
  • Understanding of new technologies and innovations
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, communication and presentation abilities
  • Fluent in Flemish and French, proficient spoken and written English
  • Experience in Human Resources services and solutions is a plus
  • Mobility. Short term travel might be required
