Description
As Contract Management Specialist (FR/DU) are you responsible for:
- Manage any question of B2B clients after the signature of their contract
- Responsible for product advice & answer any incoming question
- Responsible for claim management & billing issues
Profile
The ideal candidate:
- You can perfectly help clients in both Dutch & French
- Clients are your main focus
- You have analytical and administrative skills
- You already have a first successful experience
