As Account Manager you will join a strategic department and develop the further activities of a growing company.

With a large variety of tasks as multiple contacts (both Internal & External) it will be an opportunity to express your proactivity and professional skills. The Sales Department is the place for you.

Description

  • Secure high service level for your customers with a structured and
    pro-active approach to secure a fast and efficient support leading to
    customer loyalty and preference. Matters may vary from handling of
    orders, invoicing/crediting, backorder development, phone calls, problem
    solving etc.
  • Maintain, develop and fulfil budgets & sales forecasts for your customers
    in close co-operation with the Sales Manager, who owns the primary
    responsibility of the budget. It translates by 1. proactive increase of
    sales to existing customers 2. proactive increase cross sales to existing
    customers
  • Continuously improve personal relation to your customers. You will
    occasionally visit the customers with the Sales Manager.
  • Liaises with intercompany departments such as product management,
    engineering, logistic, production, finance, quality and other departments
    to actively coordinate problem solving actions and/or response to
    customer queries.
  • Support sales development by proactive and structured approach to
    sales analysis (ex. lost sales identification, sales of newly introduced
    items, …)
  • Proactive approach to credit limits and due payments for your customer
  • Coordination of marketing activities such as fairs in collaboration
    with the Sales Director and/or the marketing department, issuance
    of marketing giveaways, …
  • Cooperate on various sales projects with the Sales Manager and/or
    Sales Director, e.g. coordination of new customer implementation.

    The candidate we search for is:

    • Enthusiastic, imaginative, logical and systematic.
    • He or she talks the walk and walks the talk, can challenge the
      status quo and gives high importance to meet deadline in an environment
      which could have variety and interruptions.
    • The candidate is customer oriented and understands that teamwork is the key.
    • He or she matches the company values and is determined to meet personal development objectives together with company objectives.
    • Bachelor's degree is a must, Master's degree is a plus.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive sector, working
      experience from an OE is an advantage.
    • English and French are required. Any additional language is a plus.
    • All Microsoft Office Products must be above Average.
    • Good Excel knowledge skills is a must
