For an international key player active in the production of wine & cava, Hays Experts Brussels is currently looking for an On-Trade Manager.

Your role as On-Trade Manager will consist in managing the brand development, growth and profitability of On-Trade distribution accounts. You'll have to define and execute a business plan, working in conjunction with the commercial teams of the distributors. This involves the Commercial Marketing and Commercial Planning team to develop actions aimed at optimizing results. You'll have to encourage the growth of the area through the acquisition of new customers, track market trends and participate in events and fairs. You'll mainly work from home and visit your clients.

The ideal candidate has a business degree with a specific marketing and commercial education. You have 4- years of commercial experience, preferably internationally and within the beverage or consumer packaged goods industry. You've already collaborated with marketing teams and you speak fluent English, Dutch and French (Spanish is an advantage).
