Client Details

Our client is the market leader in the dermatological & cosmetics sector. In order to sustain their fast growing business and to keep track of the advance in technology, they are currently looking for a Digital Marketing & CRM Expert to join their Marketing division.

Description

As the successful Digital & CRM Expert, you will have the following responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

  • Lead and develop the digital marketing brand strategy
  • Set KPI's, monitor and report weekly and monthly to measure effectiveness of marketing activities
  • Manage online marketing programs, pre and post launch & Promos
  • Manage the 3rd party suppliers (web development agency, designers, art workers, etc.)
  • Execute the marketing calendar across digital channels (SEO, PPC, E-mail, website, social media)
  • Work in close partnership with E-Commerce team to shape and optimize content, promotion and media strategies
  • Collaborate with the e-sales in order to drive traffic to the platforms
  • Use data to evaluate & analyze target market and segmentation
  • Provide insight on marketing and NPD strategies
  • Create and manage the content for social media tasks and activities

CRM Strategy:

  • Develop the consumer database and provide the needed insights
  • Increase number of loyal consumers by digital actions
  • Use the data for push and pull marketing actions
  • Develop, execute & analyze the brand's CRM strategy
  • Segment the database to devise the best engagement strategy for each consumer
  • Manage the creation of all assets and manage the process with the Digital Studio & Global CRM as required.
  • Execute the strategy by setting up the campaigns / targeting / ongoing campaign management.
  • Ensure an Omni-channel strategy whereby the both Online & Offline comms are complementary and aligned
  • Manage all digital communications to the final consumer
  • Evaluate all communications to understanding impact and ROI and adapt the strategy as necessary
  • Ensure that the engagement strategy evolves in order to stay competitive
  • Ensure e-retailer activity is complementary to the brand's activity
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of the data

Budget Management:

  • Counter technology & advertising budget management & database
  • Support the MD with budget planning requirements for the following fiscal year

Profile

As the successful Digital Marketing Manager you will have the following requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch, French & English
  • At Least a master's degree in business or related field - or equivalent by experience
  • At least 2 years' experience in Marketing, Brand or Digital management experience
  • Relevant experience in customer acquisition and retention marketing
  • Experience with hands-on digital and integrated media planning, buying or related position is required
  • Cursory understanding of web technologies (e.g. CSS, JavaScript, etc.,) project collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence)
  • Digital analytic tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) is preferred
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, insatiable curiosity, agility
  • Strong writing, communications and presentation skills are a must
  • Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Be comfortable working with people at all levels of the organisation
  • Able to demonstrate excellent computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint all essential)
  • Data management and the successful candidate should be comfortable in dealing with big data and have the ability to analyse and provide insight;
  • Be reliable, committed and willing to go above and beyond as and when the brand requires.
