Fashion Supply Chain Coordinator

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you supervise the supply chain flow, in collaboration with the internal stakeholders and the Director, in order to guarantee the demand for this high-end clientele.

Reporting to the Director, the Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible of optimizing the production strategies, logistics and supplier relationship. The Supply Chain Coordinator plays an important part in the success of this company and its achievement of business objectives.

Description

Your main missions will be to:

• You will consolidate and analyze the customer orders based on the potential of the market and define the priorities in supply chain
• You will launch and manage the production orders with the suppliers and sub-contractors, ensuring products are delivered on time by conducting regular follow-ups
• You will support the business and coordinate all logistics flow and import and export processes
• You will run negotiations with the suppliers (product data, cost price, logistic solutions, product returns)
• You will make sure the correct processes are in place when it comes to damaged goods
• You will be responsible of following up on production orders in the ERP system
• You will put in place reporting tools all while putting a focus on process improvement and processes and procedures in order to reduce obsolete inventory

Profile

Profile:

• You hold a Degree in Supply chain and/or Logistics
• You have at least 3 years of experience in supply chain from a luxury or retail sector
• You have experience in ready to wear
• You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in French and English. Italian is a big plus.
• You have strong analytical skill
• You have strong technical skills, you are not afraid from Excel, reporting and ERP systems
• You are a team player who enjoys interacting with different department
