The Client is looking for a KAM - Stationery, Art and Craft Products to join his team in Brussels.
Client Details
Part of a big player in Stationery, Art and Craft Products sector, the office in Belgium counts 15 employees working in a family and challenging work environment. With main clients in B2B/Retail sector, the company has today more than 30 brands sold over the world.
Description
The KAM - Stationery, Art and Craft Products, reporting directly to the Sales Manager, will be in charge of the following tasks:
- Management and development of a portfolio of key accounts and key accounts in BtoB and Retail
- Development of an account-specific sales strategy in close cooperation with the manufacturers' sales and marketing departments
- Analysis of the client's needs, setting sales objectives and monitoring their achievement
- Elaboration, execution and follow-up of contracts
- Marketing, Animation, Training
- Conducting key trade negotiations
- Market and competition analysis - category management
- Turning opportunities and ideas into concrete actions and results
Scope: Belgium
70% at the office - 30% at the clients
Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in Key Account Management in a similar environment
- Experience in FMCG is a big plus
- Good business sense
- Diplomatic and very good interpersonal skills
- Negotiation capacity
- Demonstrate organization, good analytical skills and responsiveness
- Full understanding of sales cycles, ability to build and elaborate offers
- Punctual and precise
- To be able to work independently and set the right priorities
- Hands-on
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch (mother tongue) and French
