We are looking for a Digital & Communication Coordinator for a company active in the energy sector.

Client Details

Our client is a major actor in the energy sector. Today they are present in more than 130 countries and their ambition is to become the major responsible energy actor. The company is located in Brussels.

Description

As a Digital & Communication Coordinator you have the following responsibilities :

• You are responsible for the online strategy and the smooth management of all digital projects
• You are responsible for the good coordination of the intern communication
• You will be responsible to develop the marketing materials
• You will be the key user to form all the internal teams to the different online tools
• You will manage the satisfaction inquiry
• You will develop & implement the marketing plan with the help of an external partner
• You will be the point of contact for the GDPR with a coordination role within your team
• You will develop and put in place procedures for managing the personal data of customers/prospects/employees
• You ensure that the GDPR rules are properly applied in all official documents

Profile

The ideal Digital & Communication Coordinator :

• You have a least one solid experience in Marketing and/or Digital
• You have a native level of Dutch and French and good level of English
• You have en entrepreneurial spirit
• You are hands-on, driven
• You are client oriented
• You are stress resilient
• You are a team player but can work independently
• You are creative, open minded and embrace new ideas
