Our client is located in the city center of Brussels and easily accessible by Public Transport.
Missions
You support both the Marketing and Sales Team. Among your responsibilities:
- Expenses notes management
- Travel arrangment and hotel booking
- Meeting organisation
- Event management
- Sample management
- Management of promotional material
Profil du candidat
- You are perfectly bilingual in French and Dutch
- A first experience as a Marketing, communication, sales or personal assistant of at least one year is a must
- Team spirit
- Ability to handle priority
