For one of my client active (media sector), I am looking for an accountant. You will assist with key activities related to bookkeeping and general office. This is a varied role for a multifunctional profile.

For one of my client active (media sector), I am looking for an accountant. You will assist with key activities related to bookkeeping and general office. This is a varied role for a multifunctional profile.

Description

• Preparation of client invoices and cash collection (AR)
• Send client invoices and close follow up on open invoices (AR)
• Develop administrative relationship with all clients
• Handle all supplier invoices (AP - booking and reconciliation)
• Develop administrative relationship with all service providers
• Other accounting tasks (financial booking, …)

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 3 to 5 years prior experience in accounting
• Previous experience in office management role is a plus
• Proficiency with MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Proficiency in Navision preferred
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Ability to be flexible, proactive and autonomous
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to interact with team members
• Business minded
• Motivated
• Fluent in English/French, Dutch is a plus
