In this context, we want to strengthen our Commercial Teams with the following new position :

Description

- Drives New Product Development for new markets as identified in the long term Strategic Plan. Markets that are identified are Green Roof, Acoustics and Gardening mainly focusing on European Market.
- Presents the budget and investments in the short and the long run, and obtains agreement from Management
- Identifies a solid customer base and develops strong relationships with them and builds the business
- Defines the "Road to market" and identifies potential Customers, Distributors, a network of Influencers…
- Proposes the Marketing & Communication strategy for the new markets
- Executes and achieves the Budget

Profile

- Bachelor or Master in Economical/Industrial Sciences

- Demonstrates excellent knowledge of the PUFoam Markets, the Players, the Product offer and the potential customer base in a global context- Fluent in Dutch, English, French, German language
- More than 10 years of experience in similar positions, ideally in the PU Foam Market
- Proven results
- Eager to hunt for new business opportunities and get them concluded
- Believes in a more sustainable and green world, and is convinced about the competitive advantage this creates
- Energetic and driven Teamplayer
- Able to build strong relationships with Customers and Stakeholders
