For one of our client active in the chemical sector, Hays Office Professionals is looking for a part time Office Manager.
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible of all the administration of the entire office, including management of emails and incoming calls. You will also act as a support to the customer team for the administration: preparing information for customer surveys, assisting with feedback, etc. In addition, you will take care of the office management for the office: building management, contact with trade unions, IT support, security management. You will also provide HR support for certain tasks such as fleet management.
The ideal candidates speaks a very good level of English, French and Dutch. You are looking for a part time position ( 50%). You have experience as an office manager, and are not afraid to take responsibilities. You are multitask, proactive and communicative. You also master the MS Office.
