REGULATORY SUPPORT OFFICER

For one of our clients active in the medical devices industry, we are looking for a Regulatory Support Officer who will be in charge of developing, preparing and maintaining the technical files of company product portfolio.

In this position, you will be responsible of gathering all the information in order to prepare the submissions to the relevant authorities for the certification/registration according to the PPE regulation. Moreover, you will ensure the regulatory certification among the EMEA and APAC regions. Furthermore, you are in contact with the test centers to coordinate the sample collection, the products testing and the shipment. Your tasks will also consist in following up the regulatory documentation, checking the PPE regulations updates and supporting the QA/RA department in their daily tasks.

The candidate we are looking for is holding a bachelor's degree, if possible, in the scientific field (in order to interpret the product testing results). You have a first relevant experience in the Regulatory or Quality Assurance department. A good knowledge of the PPE regulation will consist in a strong asset. You speak fluently English and feel at ease to evolve in a English-speaking environment. You are organized, autonomous and proactive. You have great communication skills.
