BIO-STATISTICIAN EXPERT

For one of our clients active in the clinical sector, Hays Life Sciences is looking for a Bio-Statistician Expert who will coordinate a team project regarding complex clinical studies.

Your role will consist in leading a team on a daily basis. This will imply daily meetings with the team, ensuring the respect of deadlines, evaluating and providing the requisite resources regarding a fixed budget. You are responsible of coordinating the team of programmers in their follow-up of the database maintenance and update. Moreover, you are in charge of sample size calculation, review of protocol and random schemes elaboration. Your responsibilities will also be to create, provide and list specifications regarding analysis databases.

The candidate we are looking for is holding a Master's degree in (bio-)statistics or mathematics with at least 2 years of experience in similar position/environment. You have a sense of leadership, excellent interpersonal skills and a great ability to work in a team. More, you already have developed in a previous experience strong statistical skills. You have a good command of SAS programming. You are fluent in English as it would be the working language in the company.
