Product Specialist - Bouwsector - Vlaams Brabant

4 dagen per week en op zaterdag octhend, bent u de eerste persoon in contact met de klanten (BtoC & BtoB) en u bent verantwoordelijk voor : welkom klanten in de showroom, contract voorstellen, follow up, etc.

Our client is a family company of 15 people located in the South West of Flemish Brabant. Their DNA is simple: quality products, a complete range & a great service that makes the difference!

Indeed they count hundreds of products in their warehouse next to the headquarters, allowing them to be solving any situation a client faces.

Description

As the single point of contact for clients, you have several responsibilities:

• Welcome clients in the showroom, whether their are professionals (80%) or particulars
• Thanks to the expertise you will acquire with time, you guide them into the showroom, give explanation, advise them
• You handle offers to clients and the administrative follow up
• You make sure the products are delivered quickly, working with the planning of the delivery team
• You do a qualitative follow up with clients, making sure they come back every time they have a new need.

Profile

• Can work in Dutch and French
• is eager to learn
• is highly motivated by a polyvalent function in the construction sector
• takes initiative, dares to take the lead and likes it the most when in contact with people!
