You are responsible for the entire sales journey : from the first contacts, to visiting your clients on a regular basis and negotiating the offers on the long term; your playground is Belgium.
Our client is a leading company specialised in the shipping all over world of material for its local and international clients in industries such as healthcare or automotive, among others.

In this context, they are searching for the next commercial minded person to join them and keep on growing the business:
- While international companies already work with our client, it has come to mind there are so many business opportunities from local companies in Belgium
- Working together with an inside sales, your role is to identify and develop those new accounts
- You meet them, understand their shipping needs and find agreements to establish strong relationships
- You insure a qualitative follow up, making sure they are satisfied and loyal clients
- You go once or twice per week to the office
- You report to the Sales Manager & Country Manager.
- English is a must on this international scope; French/Dutch are strong assets to work on a national scope
- You have experience in sales and/or are a born sales person, just impatient to step on the field, and make things happen, meet people, negotiate, etc.
- You have experience and/or have a strong interest in airfreight
- You are independent, result driven, ambitious
