Senior Management Consultant (M/F)

For our client, a growing consulting company specialized in the banking and insurance sector based in Brussels, we are looking for a Senior Management Consultant (M/F)

Your responsabilities
 

• Strong collaboration with internal clients and being able to understand their business needs, requirements and challenges
• Execution of rigorous analysis to support their strategy development and change
• Responsible for the coordination of clients work and deliver on time
• Optimization and creation of transformational opportunities by assessing front and back business processes
• Application of best-in-class project methodology
• Analysis of points of improvements and develop a full range of opportunities
• Implement impactful changes and improve business and operating model

Your profile
 

• Master Degree in Business/Management
• Ideally 5 years of consulting experience
• Experience in the banking/investment/insurance sector is required
• Ability to take ownership and deliver results in a challenging facing environment
• Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to changing environment and manage different complex projects
• Experience in the following areas is a plus: process automatization and optimization, Target Operating Model, project management, change management
• Be familiar with project management methods such as: Agile, SCRUM, etc.
• Fluency in English mandatory. French/Dutch is a plus.
