Investment Analyst (H/F)

For our client,  an independent private equity firm we are currently looking for an Investment Analyst who will be based in the area of Zaventem.
You will be involved in every steps of the investment process, and work within a small team of investment professionals.
 
Your responsibilities:
 
• Transaction execution
• Strategic assessment, business plan writing and assessment
• Due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, financing, pricing mechanisms…
• Deal origination: mapping interesting companies, analysis of industries, analysis of opportunities…
• Meetings with entrepreneurs
• Follow-up of investment portfolio: systems and organization, reporting and controlling, financing…
 
Your profile:
 
• You have at least 1 year of experience in transaction services, strategy consulting or private equity
• You have a master degree in finance, economics or related fields
• You have a  strong motivation and interest in entrepreneurship, strategy and finance;
• You can work with efficiency, tenacity and seriousness
• You are fluent in English and have a good knowledge of Dutch and French
