Brand Manager FMCG

For an international company active in the FMCG, we are looking for a BRAND MANAGER to reinforce their Marketing team in Brussels.

Our client is an international player in the FMCG sector. Today we are looking for a Brand Manager to help the company becoming leader on its markets and strenghten its brands. The company is located in Brussels.

Description

As a Brand Manager you will have the following responsibilities :

• You develop the brand's annual marketing plan: brand analysis, competitor's analysis, sales results and recommendations for the future
• You optimise the marketing strategy and measure its results
• You develop and implement the communicaton plan
• You are the point of contact for external partners and are responsible for briefing and debriefing
• You will support the Sales team with customer presentations and customer requirements
• You will lead the implementation of the format activation plans on optimising product assortment and promotional strategy

Profile

The ideal Brand Manager :

• Experience within Brand/Product Management
• Excellent level of Dutch AND English, French is a plus
• Excellent analytical skills as well as written and oral skills
• You have a Degree in Economics or Business related
• You have experience in the FMCG sector
• You are a hard worker
• You are creative, open-minded and embrace new ideas
• Ability to challenge, guide and influence decisions
