As Personal Assistant, you will assist 4 lawyers in their daily work.

Our client is an international company located in Brussels.

Description

As Part-time Personal Assistant, you will have to deliver the following tasks :

  • Complex calendar management
  • Travel arrangements (scheduling appointments, book flights, hotels, ...)
  • Organise meetings taking different time zones into account (invitations, prepare the necessary material, minutes, reporting, etc.)
  • Act as first point of contact (manage incoming calls and mails)
  • Preparing and processing legal documents and any reports on Word/Excel
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations for conferences and seminars
  • Organise client events (in liaison with the Marketing department)
  • Expenses management (submitting the expense notes and processing incoming invoices for the accounting department)

This is a 50% position - 20h a week

Profile

The successful Part-time Personal Assistant is/have :

  • Trilingual in French, Dutch and English (C1 level minimum)
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience within a similar position
  • You are details-oriented, organised and resilient
  • You are dynamic and you can take initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
