Senior Site Manager (H/F)

For our client, an leading international company providing supply chain, transportation and logistics solutions, we are currently looking for a Senior Site Manager. 

Based on your deep understanding of the business and its operations, you will be able to manage the site activities and lead the team in order to continuously improve the site performance, P&L and bring the site to the next level.   

 
Your responsibilities:

• You will be in charge of the financial and operational activities of the site (transportation and warehousing)
• You will lead a team of more than 200 people
• You will be responsible of the P&L of the site and its continuous improvement, bringing the site to the next level
• You will ensure that Health & Security measures are respected
• You will lead business performance and maintain an operational structure to fit the requirements of the company
• You will make sure to develop and motivate your team to improve performances

 
Your profile:

• You have already and successfully led teams and are ready to start a new challenge
• You have a proven experience in the management of a transportation and/or supply chain site
• You have experience in P&L and compliance and are able to manage policies and security measures
• You know change management, business improvement and transformational management
• You have very good communication, planning and organizing skills
• You speak English, French & Dutch
