You manage the stock management process to ensure that we guarantee service to our customers

Description

Your main responsibilities:

Daily operations:

Daily management of the stock distribution process. The available stock is divided between the orders that have arrived and the stock status of products that are out-of-stock or whose stock is limited, is kept in the OMDB. In addition, you closely follow the product switches and introductions so that, in cooperation with the Customer Operations Specialists, our customers have the new articles on their shelves as quickly as possible.

Risk management:

On the basis of alerts, you look at possible service in the future that will be identified so that we can take action to avert the risk or to minimize it. You also keep a critical eye on the stock to avoid obsoletes. This both in the context of introductions or switches, and for products with a limited shelf life.

Communicate towards internal teams about changes in orders with significant business impact.

Exchange of information with internal teams on stocks when implementing introductions or switches. Identify and implement, in cooperation with the planning team, potential improvements in the operational cooperation between the MSO and the sourcing units.

Close follow-up of the stock evolution of limited-shelf life products.

Proactively deploy promotions, in collaboration with customer teams and CCBTs, to avoid obsoletes and make use of opportunities.

Profile

Key requirements:

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

* Professional and intellectual capacities on Master level or Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience (planning, stock management, customer service logistics)

* Experience in ERP Systems, SAP Experience is a plus

* FMCG Experience * Fluency in Dutch/French and English
