As a Talent Acquisition Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to a recruiters team. You will be the intermediate between candidates and managers in the recruitment process.

Our client is an international company located in Brussels.

Description

As a Talent Acquisition Assistant you are in charge of:

- Placing and managing adverts on job boards and company website

- Creating and updating database reports and several spreadsheets and documents

- Guiding candidates through the selection process and coordinating administration regarding selection procedures

- Providing administrative and logistical support for Selection Days or individual recruitment procedures, including scheduling/confirming meetings, sending out invitations and tests, booking meeting rooms, following up on feedback

- Acting as an interface and respond to all recruitment-related questions from candidates, internal clients and suppliers and refer them to the right person when needed

- Managing the recruitment team's calendar

- Supporting and participating in recruitment events/job fairs

Profile

The successfull candidate:

- You have excellent communication skills in English & Dutch and a correct level in French

- You have one or two years of experience in a similar role (recruitment assistant, HR assistant) and an affinity with human resources and recruitment

- You are not afraid of being in contact with different people inside the company, it's easy for you to get in contact with candidates

- A flexible and proactive approach to work and an eye for detail;

- You are immediatly available
