Client Details

Our client, an international player in the medical/pharmaceutical sector, is looking for a driven and experienced Customer Service Representative for the non-European orders.

The company is easy accessible by car.

Description

• International Client contact + inter-company contact (production sites in China and Europe)
  
  
• You will be responsible for all non-European orders (order intake + follow-up)

• Organise the stock level of your products on the site in Bornem (replenishment stock from China)
  
  
• Arrange all sorts of transport (air, sea and road) with the preferred partners

• Handle any customer inquiry accurately - with the assistance of other departments - providing product related and technical information as requested

• Organise the follow-up of all administrative tasks and actions as indicated in the visit reports and telephone contacts

Profile

• Bachelor degree
• +/- 5 years of relevant working experience (customer service, sales support, internal sales,...)
• You have preferably experience in export (not a must)
• Excellent knowledge of German en English
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Driven and pro-active
• Agile
• Stress resistant
• You love to work
• Available as from February 2021
