For our client, a well-established group specialized in the manufacturing of luxury buses and coaches, we are looking for an After Sales Manager (M/F) to support their continous growth in Benelux.


Your responsabilities

  • Relations management with the independent workshops in the client aftersales network
  • Regular communication and collaboration with the technicians
  • Be the problem solver for the customers
  • Preparation and management of the aftersales contract offers to the customers
  • Calculation of the repairs, warranties and maintenance costs
  • Warranty clearance with the headquarters
  • Reporting directly to the headquarters



Your profile

  • Master in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of experience, ideally 3 to 5 years in the industrial vehicle sector
  • You master French, Dutch and English. German is a strong advantage
  • Available to be on the road all over Benelux at least 3 to 4 days per week to visit workshops and customers
  • Knowledge in electrical and mechanical domains
  • Ability to lead teams
  • Good presentation and strong face to face communication skills
  • You master regular office softwares (Word, Excel, etc.) and other ERPs, e.g.: SAP
  • You are willing and ready to accept a challeing job
