Offre d'emploi : Manager-Consulting Firm (H/F)

For one of our client, a boutique strategy consulting firm, we are recruiting a Manager (M/F) to lead the office team in Brussels.

Within this company you will have the opportunity to actively participate in the development of the office and in consulting assignments on various issues in the banking and financial sectors, such as:

• Piloting major Banking transformation projects
• Optimizing financial management and closing processes
• Evolution and optimization of the refinancing structure
• Mapping and diagnosis of the risk management
• Implementation and operational integration of the regulatory framework
• Optimization, and the merging of business processes
• Supporting the transformation of distribution networks and the improvement of commercial performance
• The design and deployment of back office centralization / outsourcing projects, and / or pooling of resources

Profile :

• You ideally have a higher degree in finance and management
• You have an experience of minimum 5 years in the financial sector or in relation to the management of business projects, within one of a big four or in a strategic consulting firm
• Strong problem solving and communication skills with the ability to develop strong team and client relationships
• Exceptional analytical, interpersonal and creative-thinking skills
• Fluency in English and French mandatory
