My client is located in the center of Brussels.

Description

As a PART TIME RECEPTIONIST:

  • Both at the reception desk as on the phone you will be welcoming internal and external visitors
  • You will take care of incoming phone calls, you will send, receive and distribute mail
  • You will support for catering services, meeting room reservations, badge distribution and printer maintenance.
  • You will manage office supplies in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
  • You will do the follow-up of the invoices relating to the various services linked to the reception desk.
  • You will be an administrative support for our employees : booking flights, trains, hotels and encoding information in Efficy database.
  • You will assist in organizing internal events

Profile

As a PART TIME RECEPTIONIST YOU ARE/HAVE

  • Previous similar experience of at least one year
  • A good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
  • Resilient, stress resistant and stay calm under pressure.
  • Proactive and result oriented.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently,
  • Fluent in English, Dutch and French,
  • Positive and friendly
  • Open to work from 2 until 6 PM from Monday until Friday
