As an Office manager & Meeting coordinator, you will be the first point and regular contact for our partners and colleagues.
Client Details
European Association representing more than 100 companies active in the smart mobility sector
Description
* Act as principal contact point with our Partners (phone, welcome visitors,
incoming/outcoming mails);
* Monitor Partners' membership for the Association and its subsidiaries;
* Responsible on day-to-day office management & facilities orders
(stationary,water,coffee, etc..);
* Coordinate travels and meetings & events;
* Follow-up on timesheets and absences of the team on monthly basis;
* Be a strong link in purchasing process by collect & compile orders and invoices
* Respond to correspondence, formatting and editing reports and letters;
* Filing and archiving;
Profile
* At least 2 years experience in a similar position;
* Excellent knowledge of both English and French (written and oral)
* Very good knowledge of MS office and other tools; SAP is an asset;
* Good planning and organisational skills, ability to work with deadlines;
* Ability to work on own initiative and within a team
* Ability to connect with others and interact with them
* accurate - discreet and have affinity with figures;
* You are an enthusiastic and positive person.
