Robert Half Finance & Accounting is currently looking for a CFO Benelux for a permanent position based in Brussels.

Our client is a fast growing company active in the consulting sector.

As CFO Benelux you will be responsible for:

• Managing and overseeing local / regional Accounting, Payroll, Controlling, HR and procurement Teams;
• Acting as a business partner to local / regional leadership teams, providing insight and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plan of organization;
• Providing biweekly / monthly financial reporting to the Regional Director and CFO International 1;
• Presenting financial reports to board members, stakeholders and other executives in formal meetings;
• Monitoring day-to-day financial operations, such as payroll, invoicing and other transactions;
• Tracking financial status and performance and identifying areas for potential improvement;
• Seeking out methods for minimizing financial risks;
• Researching and analyzing financial reports and market trends;
• Advising on business and financial planning;
• Recruiting, interviewing and hiring finance, accounting, payroll staff as required;
• Ensure compliance and adhere with companie's policies.

The required profile for the CFO Benelux position:

• At least 10 years' experience in the Finance Industry;
• Master Degree in Finance / Business;
• Knowledge of matrix organization structure;
• Successful experience managing a team in back office organizations;
• Affinity for international and multi-cultural environment;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills both verbally and written;
• Being able to engage and develop strong relationships across all levels of the organization;
• An analytical mindset;
• Fluent in English and Dutch (French would be a plus).
