Our client is an international player in the healthcare / pharmaceutical industry.

They provide clients in these sectors with different services such as consulting, business intelligence, analyses, ...

Today they are looking to reinforce their team with a Customer Success Advisor. In theory your role will be a combination of a commercial, analytical, client advisor, project manager role.

Description

As Customer Success Advisor you will have following responsibilities:

- First role is a commercial role:

• You are responsible for a pool of clients active in the pharmeceutical or consumer health industry
• You sell business intelligence and data analyses
• You negotiate terms and conditions
• You make sure the projects are delivered on time
• Scope is Belux and you have regular face to face (post COVID) meetings with your clients

- The second role is linked to client service and sales analysis:

• you are responsible for a dedicated portfolio of consumer health and pharmaceutical clients
• you manage their intelligence demands and collaborate closely with the KAMs and the analytical teams internally to deliver these projects on time
• you manage yourself ad hoc analyses
• you are the first contact point for the clients
• You train your clients in the use of the data intelligence provided and the tools

Profile

• You are fluent in French / English or Dutch / English but you have good basics in the other language
• You have a first experience in the healthcare, medical or pharmaceutical sector
• You have an affinity for both sales and analytical roles
• You are willing to work 50% from the office (or from home) and 50% in the field
• You can work under (delivery) pressure
• You are organized and precise
