Client Details
Our client, a Real Estate company located in the South of Brussels, is currently looking for an Office Manager/Management Assistant to join their team.
Description
As an Office Manager/Management Assistant, you will have the following tasks:
- Manage and organise the agenda of the directors
- Responsible for the contacts with suppliers and UBO checks
- First point of contacts for tenants and buyers having questions
- Administration management about property taxes and buildings insurances
- Responsible for the invoicing tasks (creation and sending) and Visa statements
- Other administrative tasks related to the office
Profile
As an Office Manager/Management Assistant, you have the following profile:
- You have excellent levels in French and Dutch. Your English is also fluent
- You already had a similar successful experience. Knowledge about the Real Estate industry is a big plus
- You are very organised and have very good communication skills
- You are polyvalent and proactive
