Client Details

Our client, a Real Estate company located in the South of Brussels, is currently looking for an Office Manager/Management Assistant to join their team.


As an Office Manager/Management Assistant, you will have the following tasks:

  • Manage and organise the agenda of the directors
  • Responsible for the contacts with suppliers and UBO checks
  • First point of contacts for tenants and buyers having questions
  • Administration management about property taxes and buildings insurances
  • Responsible for the invoicing tasks (creation and sending) and Visa statements
  • Other administrative tasks related to the office


As an Office Manager/Management Assistant, you have the following profile:

  • You have excellent levels in French and Dutch. Your English is also fluent
  • You already had a similar successful experience. Knowledge about the Real Estate industry is a big plus
  • You are very organised and have very good communication skills
  • You are polyvalent and proactive
