Client Details
Our client is a major player in the automotive industry. They are currently looking for a Logistics Assistant to join their team.
Description
As logistics specialist, you will have the chance to:
- Directly carry out the logistics operative activities
- Keep under track the product availability and the quality of the stock in the warehouses
- Define transport solution for specific day-by-day needs
- Support the local Logistics in managing the warehouse and distribution issues and in monitoring the service level of the suppliers compared to the fixed targets.
- Assure the management of the orders, information and requests coming from the customers
- Assure the integration between the contact center and the other involved functions
- Monitor the effectiveness and quality level of the Contact Center Agent activities and directly support them
Profile
The logistics specialist will have the following profile:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- You speak Dutch and French perfectly, with a good level of English.
- You are sociable, proactive and hard-working
- Excellent knowledge of the SAP system is a major asset
