Our client is specialized in fluid dynamics and turbomachineries. Based near Brussels, the company is currently looking for a Project Manager.

Description

In close collaboration with the Research Manager and the Chief Project Manager:

• You have the chance to develop scientific/technical projects related to turbomachineries
• You are responsible of one or more international projects from A to Z
• You have the opportunity to ensure that each project is executed as planned and reaches the scope/cost/planning/deliverable targets agreed on with all stakeholders
• You directly contribute to the development of the Research Department by keeping your expertise up to date and by growing your research network in order to gather new proposal opportunities in accordance with the roadmaps
• You have the chance to collaborate with all internal departments closely on the subjects of your technical/research project assignments

Profile

• You have at least a Master degree with a Fluid Dynamics, Mechanical or Electromechanical orientation (preferably a Space or Aerospace Degree)
• You have minimum 5 years of experience in project management or researches
• You speak English fluently, French/ Dutch is a plus (you will work for international projects)
• You have a good knowledge of fluid dynamics/ aeroturbines/ compressors/ thermodynamics
• You are team player and result oriented
• You have good organizational skills (time management, priorities management) and problem solving capabilities
• You have good leadership skills to motivate project teams until project completion
