The company is located in Sint-Niklaas and easy accessible by car. The connection with public transport is less evident.

Description

• You provide support to the SAP Power User and Product Manager
• Assist the SAP Power user in sharing, reworking & translating product information from HQ
• Provide support to the SAP Power User in monitoring and sharing product information & process information to the European branches and UK
• Summarize and share information on the results of new product development (creation of reports or PowerPoint presentations)
• Keep product information up to date
• Assist the SAP Power User with whatever task that is requested when new products are being launched
• Assist the SAP Power User in creating SAP training material and manuals
• Support of the SAP Power User when an SAP training is organized
• Provide help to employees with their SAP questions

Profile

• Experience with SAP is a MUST (experience as SAP key user is a plus)
• Technical affinity
• Language skills: English - knowledge of Korean is an added value
• Strong MS office skills= Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• You have excellent communication skills
• You work in an accurate and efficient manner
• You have the ability to multitask and prioritize your tasks
• You are a real team player, but can also work autonomously
• You have strong problem solving skills
