Client Details
My client is a major player in the real-estate sector and is located in the North of Brussels.
Description
As a polyvalent Management Assistant, you will assist 3 Managers active within the development department. Among your responsibilities:
- Active participation in meetings
- Take the minutes
- Follow-up of cases/files from A to Z
- Agenda Management
- Liaise with Public Organisation and Architects
Profile
Perfect level in French and Dutch with a good level of English
At the very least two years of professional experience in a similar role
A first experience linked to the real-estate sector is a must (architects, construction first ect)
Hands on mentality
Proactivity
Good knowledge of MS Office
Good redaction skills
