Social Media Manager

• Growing the community
• Social media content: pictures, quotes, videos (inspirational, live interviews, …), user generated content
• Influencer strategy: finding and converting the best influencers for the brand
• First contact with the social media community

Newsletters creation and management

Super Mom Grants management (every year, we are offering grants to empower moms). You will be in charge of the whole process:

• Marketing and communication
• Jury and selection of the candidates
• Contact point for the applicants and the “awardees”

Depending on your background, time and interests, you will have the opportunity to work and/or manage the followings:

• Marketing content creation (brand identity, website, photo shoot, video, packaging …)
• Blog creation
• Advertising campaigns (digital and paper)
• Marketing automation
• New collections
• Other startup projects

CANDIDATE PROFILE

We are looking for an ambitious marketing manager who wants to have a positive impact on the world and more specifically on moms.

More particularly, we are looking for a marketing manager who

• Has very strong social media skills to grow an engaged community
• Is passionate about marketing (and conversion)
• Loves to create content (post, story, interview, newsletter, …)
• Is eager to manage his.her own projects
• Believes and is highly motivated to empower the moms
• Loves fashion and jewelry
• Can bring ambition, beauty and creativity in our marketing
• Is happy to work in a small growing company
• Can write and speak in French and English very fluently
