Client Details

My client is a European leading provider of new tech. solutions for businesses.

They support major corporations, in Belgium and abroad, with a comprehensive service including strategic reflexion, project management, financial audit and IT resources implementation.

With more than 1000 employees and operating in 27 countries in the world, the company has been present in Belgium for a decade. Thanks to the high potential of the belgian market and a great financial stability , the company currently invests in developing new market segments (including the pharmaceutical, tech SMEs or the ublic sector).

Thanks to its niche market, my client has been able to weather out the past months of sanitary crisis without slowing down its growth ambitions.

Today my client is looking for 2 additional talents to join the Belgian sales team.


This is not a regular "Account Manager" role.

The role and the structure involve a much broader range of responsibilities :

Business development :

  • This roles comes in the context of the development of the sales team of the company to better fit the potential of the Belgian market. It therefore involves a solid business development dimension.
  • In a true team effort, you collaborate with other Account Manager to prospect the market, develop a solid business network among C-level stakeholders (CEO, CFO, CIO) of major belgian and international companies
  • You create and identify new business opportunities and transform them into actual leads

Account Management :

  • Whether they are accounts you opened yourself or that you received from the team, you become the partner of your clients. You meet them regularly to ensure identifying their business, their needs and challenges.
  • In collaboration with the Client Project manager who assists you with his/her technical expertise, you build for the client the most effective tailored solution for the client
  • You ensure the most qualitative service to the client throughout the entire sales cycle process (from 3 months up to 2 years)
  • In collaboration with the Client Project Manager you ensure the smooth implementation of solutions at the client's

Business analyst :

  • As the solution is entirely tailored to fit the needs of the client, you adopt a project management approach : you conduct a comprehensive business review of the client's situation including core business aspects, financial and IT aspects
  • You asses the needs of the client and propose the most accurate solution to increase the client's performances, in collaboration with the Client Project Manager


  • As trusted advisor of the client, you help the Client Project manager develop training programs tailored for the client to ensure the successful deployment of the solution.

This role will require

  • a naturally "sales" personality : able to negotiate, defend an opinion and advice others
  • A consultative selling approach : you dedicate the time to develop a partnership with your clients, understand their business, their struggles and their needs. Only then do you build a tailored solution and support your clients in its development
  • Solid business understanding and analytic skills
  • Charisma and networking skills are essential to evolve within a strategic C-level,
  • an ambitious individual, willing to work hard and "get sh* done"
  • a real team-player who wishes to join a bonded team and work together for its success
  • some interest in IT (hardware & software), any IT skills is a nice to have
  • an entrepreneur mindset ; the structure is only growing and opportunities are endless. We are looking for someone who wants to take an active part in the success of the company and take initiatives
  • A structured AND creative person, solution-oriented
  • Fluently speaking 3 languages (French, Dutch and English)
