As a Customer Service Representative you are the heart of the company. Together with your team you are in charge of providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Our client is a renowned B2B brand that is active in the fashion industry that is growing rapidly, with a strong focus on style and sustainability.
- You are the first point of contact for all customer questions
- You manage orders from A to Z.
- You handle claims and find solutions in collaboration with other departments.
- You consult and advise your customers on our products and commercial policies.
- You promote our brand and collection by visiting customers.
- You share new ideas to optimise team-work, automation and process improvement.
- You have a first relevant experience in a similar position (ideally in the fashion industry)
- You speak excellent Dutch and French, good knowledge of English is a plus.
- You have Excellent phenomenal, interpersonal and communication skills to deal with customers and other departments.
- You have a strong customer-centric mindset
- You are reliable, stress resistant, and flexible
