Job Description
The Escalation Support Engineer will be responsible of remotely supporting the internal local customer support teams located in several European countries. The Escalation Support Engineer will focus on supporting the software solutions and products developed in-house by our client as well as the central infrastructure allowing the local support teams to service cinema exhibitors remotely. The supported products include

  • Digital Content Libraries
  • Digital Content Receivers (satellite and broadband)
  • Theater Management Software
  • Remote access devices (Routers)
  • Cinema network infrastructure

Primary responsibilities:

  • Provide superior escalation support to local support teams
  • Provide technical documentation, tools and processes to local support teams
  • Maintain and organize the technical knowledge database related to internal products
  • Participate actively in the remote deployment of CinemaNext products and software solutions
  • Maintain accurate logs of trouble shooting and problem resolution
  • Provide technical training to local support teams

Job Requirements
Hard skills

  • IT Background
  • Solid experience working in Unix/Linux environments
  • Experience with Digital Cinema Technology is a plus
  • Fluent in English and French

Soft skills

  • Team spirit
  • Flexible, stress-resistant
  • Proactive and good communicator
  • Excellent technical problem solving, troubleshooting, follow up skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Iinterest for new technologies and mainly Digital Cinema technology
