• As a Commercial Contracts Lawyer you provide legal support to different business units within the McBride Group.
• You provide a professional legal service to the business with particular emphasis on the European McBride Group companies.
• In order to protect the interests of McBride Group, you provide adequate and pragmatic legal support in different jurisdictions and languages.
• You draft and review a variety of contracts across Europe.
• As a Commercial Contracts Lawyer you assist with corporate, strategic and ad hoc projects from a legal perspective.

PROFIELOMSCHRIJVING

• As a Commercial Contracts Lawyer, you possess an European Master of Laws degree.
• Proven experiences in business law and strong business acumen are required.
• You preferably have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally gained in an in-house legal position (preferably within the retail or FMCG-sector).
• Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to stand firm on issues when necessary.
• With your organisational skills, you’re confident in working under pressure and prioritizing workload in a changing fast-paced environment.
• You’re flexible and open to travel on a European-wide basis.
• As a Commercial Contracts Lawyer, you have excellent and clear written and spoken communication skills in English.
