My client is actively looking for an autonomous medior accountant with 3-5 years of experience who speaks perfectly French & English to join his finance department as a unique accountant.

Client Details

My client is an international company active in the transport sector. The HQ is based in China.

Description

• Allocation of accounting documents (purchase invoices, bank statements, etc.)
• Reconciliation and follow-up of invoices
• Monthly closing and annual closing
• Accounts payable management
• VAT declarations
• Preparation of the balance sheet
• Administrative tasks related to the function
• Ensure timely, complete and accurate financial reporting for internal and external purposes

• Coordinate and regulate the payments through Electronic payment
• Maintaining the administrative organisation and the related internal control measures
• Maintaining contact with the head office, auditors, tax authorities, etc.
• Preparation of cost center budgets and actuals
• Monitor the recording of data and integrity within the business system
• Analyse and discuss the cost centers with managers

Profile

• Bachelor in Accounting
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting
• French : mother language
• English : fluent - C1 level
• Good Excel knowledge: vlookup's, pivot tables and sum product
• Autonomous, dynamic & problem-solver mindset
