Quality Manager

As a Quality Manager, you prepare the introduction, optimise the production process and monitor the quality throughout the life cycle.

Client Details

My client is a national company active in the building sector. The company is growing quickly and for this reason they are looking for their future Quality Manager.

Description

As a Quality Manager :

• You are in charge of the quality of the produced products
• You will work from the headquarters close to Leuven
• You introduce complaints relating to manufacturing defects and comes up with proposals for solutions
• You ensure good communication with the Customer Satisfaction Team to integrate new products and processes
• You ensure that technical sheets and manuals are kept fully up-to-date
• You provide technical assistance to the network of distributors
• You ensure follow-up of maintenance and control of the machinery and infrastructure

Profile

As a Quality Manager :

• You hold a Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering (Construction, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Chemical, etc)
• You speak fluently Dutch an English (knowledge of French is considered as a plus)
• You have at least 5 years of work experience in a similar position
• You have experience in the development of technical plans and procedures
• Organisation and initiatives are strong skills
