Your role is to be the point of contact between the company and the external clients: you have the role of an advisor, a coach, a creative learning tools creator, a social media wizard and counting!
Our client is an international company dedicated to the natural beauty of its consumers: cosmetics, beauty care products, food supplements, etc. The company has been developing its activity since the 20th century and is today a market leader with a unique way of selling, based on a strong Marketing strategy.
The company culture is based on communication, well-being, respect and so a great place to be working at! In their continuous growth, and the boom of e-commerce, they are searching for people to boost different markets: Belgium, France, Italy and Spain.
This position comes with several exciting responsibilities:
- Takeover a portfolio of clients regarding your market
- Be the point of contact for them and build strong partnerships : insure a great follow up, train them to the use and attributes of the products because a well coached client can then sell in the right conditions, bring them information and answer their questions
- Analyse the sales numbers and build reports, conclusions in order to set new recommendations
- Work on creative digital tools, create webinars and conferences that you will present in front of an audience, bring your voice on social medias, etc.
- You report to the Sales Manager.
- Your native language is French with a good level of Dutch or Spanish or Italian; in any case you speak also fluently English
- You hold preferably a Bachelor in a relevant field
- A first experience in a client service oriented position is a plus
- You are curious, open minded and solution driven
- You are stress resistant, resourceful and can handle many things to do!
